The Davenport Lakes community is located only half a mile from the west end of the US 192, situated in Polk County which is famed for its beautiful landscapes of citrus groves and pine forests. A private and exclusive estate, built in the late 1990's, our guests will find a pleasant mix of residential homes and vacation properties. Our guests can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Old Lake Davenport, a 400 acre natural lake, that is only a short 5 minute walk from the villa and adjacent to a Conservation area.
