" We saved up all year for this holiday and anything other than perfect would have spoiled it.... Well we got perfect!

From the get go, Donna's communication was spot on. All queries answered, information provided well in advance of departure and a very well thought out set of info was sent to me including all codes we needed upon arrival together with local stuff about driving, permits etc. We arrived late that evening after shopping at the nearest Walmart but had no problems at all. The House was lovely, spacious and very clean. All amenities were either very new or certainly up to date. It looked like a new washer and dryer had been provided since the booklet was written. There were enough plates and cutlery and glasses to have a street party so even if we did not get to put the dishwasher on one day, we had no problems at all. Carpets, bed linen and towels were all clean. Again, enough general towels for an army and about 25 beach towels provided. The mattresses were comfortable, the TVs a good size to watch in the bedrooms and the Cable worked properly. The pool was perfect, and even though we arrived on a cloudy day, it was very warm in the pool area. There was a pool guy who came round once a week to clean it and he never disturbed us. We had a problem with the pool pump after a few days but Donna and her lovely mum Chris, were right on it and got it fixed within 24 hours. There were a few floaties and pool things provided but we bought more and the kids spent hours in the pool on several days. It felt so much like home, we actually did not want to leave. The neighbourhood was very quiet and we all felt safe. Local supermarkets and amenities are pretty much within a 2-3 mile drive. There are 2 Publix supermarkets within 2 miles in both directions off the 27 Highway. The only very minor niggle was that the air-hockey table 'air' was not working properly so the puck did not float. My daughter was a bit disappointed as she loves air hockey and I had carefully chosen our villa to ensure we had it in the games room. It was not a big enough problem to spoil the holiday as everything else was thought of very carefully and there was absolutely nothing we needed during our stay that the villa did not have. If we go to Orlando again, I would definitely be checking to see if Donna's Villa is available before looking at anything else. Thank you!! :-D"

" Had a superb stay at Donna's villa. It is on a residential estate but it was so peaceful. Five minutes up the US 27 to the 192. There was only two of us - my wife and myself - but we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa. The master bedroom was great. The bed was so comfortable. We wanted for nothing.Nothing was too much trouble for Donna. We flew out 2 weeks prior to staying at the villa but all the details we required were posted to us prior to us leaving the UK. First class service! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for somewhere to stay, close to supermarkets etc and not far from the parks and of course after the parks a bit of peace and quiet. Thank you again Donna and if we are ever in the Orlando area we will be in touch!"

" The villa was in a great location and within a pleasant community. It was well equipped with lots of homely extras. The pool was great and beds were large and comfortable. Our daughter married from here whilst on vacation and we couldn’t have wished for a nicer home to travel from. Lovely owner great communication throughout process. A1!"

" Well what a fantastic 3 weeks we had at Donna's Villa.. Its full of everything you will ever need/want...Upgraded TV package with almost every channel, free calls home, stereo,printer, and play stations for the kids (or big kids) ! Also a full games room. The colour changing lights in the pool are great for night swimming or just relaxing round the pool... The reclining sofas are great to sit with your feet up after all the walking round the parks...All the appliances you will need in the kitchen if you fancy a meal in... Great communication from start to finish with the owner (Donna) and a great booklet of all instructions, hints and tips you will ever need... Shops and restaurants all just a few minutes away so a great location... There is a lake and a nice large communal pool and tennis courts... I would recommend this villa 100% and and the best thing is that the price is very affordable for a 4 bed fully loaded villa... Peace of mind goes a long way and this villa fits the bill... I would give the villa 5*"

" Beautiful villa in a lovely location, felt like home from home with all the equipment for our stay. Loads of space, Pool was great, warm for April. Close to all the restaurants on the US 192. Donna was very quick to get back to us with any questions we had and she gave us loads of information as we’d never visited Florida before. Would recommend this villa."
