The information detailed on the website and provided in the guest information pack is what I (the owner) feel to be a true reflection. It is to be understood that the information herein is for guidance purposes only and cannot be guaranteed to be perfectly accurate; certain things are dependent upon factors beyond our control i.e. weather, traffic etc. It does not form part of the rental contract.

Booking Process

Guests are encouraged to check available dates through either filling in the online form, sending an email or enquiring via phone to avoid disappointment.
Following a rental enquiry, a detailed rental quote will be provided which will be valid for five days. Rates can be changed at any time but once booking confirmed and deposit received the rental rate is set for that guest.
Booking paperwork will be forwarded to guests when they wish to proceed.
All bookings are termed provisional until completed paperwork and an initial deposit has been received.
The booking will be confirmed on clearance of the initial deposit.
An invoice detailing the payment schedule will be included in the booking paperwork which states amounts and due dates for the final balance and refundable security deposit.
The terms and conditions for 'House near the Mouse' will be included with the booking paperwork which sets out the expectations for both the owner and guest.

Payment Information

To secure the reservation an initial non-refundable deposit of £150.00 is required.
Final balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to check-in.
A fully refundable security deposit is due 4 weeks prior to check-in.
Bookings with less than 8 weeks prior to check-in date will require full payment at time of booking.
Payment can be made through a variety of ways - personal cheque, bank transfer, Paypal transactions to name but a few. Please note fees for Paypal and credit card transactions will be levied against the guests.
Payment can be made in either Sterling (GBP) or Dollars (USD).

Additional Information

Pool heat is an additional charge, and may be added to the booking up to 7 days prior to arrival. This gives the opportunity for you to check the weather forecast in Florida. Recommended from October to April.
Stays of less than 14 nights incur a cleaning fee.
We are able to organise extra services, including barbecue hire on your behalf ready for your arrival, through our Management Agent. Once we have received any requests we will provide you with further costings which can be added to your final payment prior to your arrival.
Please note that peak seasons Christmas/New Year and Easter have a minimum stay of 14 days.
Rates may change dependant upon the exchange rate.
Utility costs are included in the rental rate.
Free National and International calls.
Free unlimited WiFi. Just bring along your laptop and WiFi enabled devices.
Free access to a safe to secure your valuables.
Free use of baby equipment, i.e. travel cots, high chair, car seat.
All returning guests receive a discounted rental rate.
