Overview
The villa is an exceptionally spacious and modern open plan four bedroom and two bathroom single storey structure with privately enclosed swimming pool. It is a discerningly decorated self-catering air-conditioned retreat. All the living areas have cathedral ceilings and tiled floors, the bedrooms are fully carpeted and for additional comfort all the rooms have ceiling fans. For guests of all ages the fully equipped games room is a welcome addition, it contains a 6ft pool table, air hockey table, basketball, darts, and a corner bar with 4 stools.
Living Areas
Our guests are greeted on entrance by the large formal 24ft lounge area. It contains three leather reclining sofas which are extremely comfortable, a large flat screen HDTV with premium HD cable channels and DVD player. For your enjoyment there is also a wide selection of DVD's to suit all ages - if of course you have the time to watch them. The living area is an open plan design; from here there is access through to the kitchen and breakfast nook and the formal dining area.
The formal dining area is located centrally at the back of the villa in front of the patio doors and offers a relaxing view of the pool. The dining table has seating for six guests. Unlike many other villas we have chosen not to create two seating areas as we prefer to take full advantage of the airiness and space. An entertainment system has been provided with the facility to connect an MP3/iPod so that you can enjoy your favourite music while you dine. For the keen gamers amongst you there is an Xbox One with a selection of games for all ages for your entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with cooker, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, there is also a coffee maker and blender for your use. All the kitchen utensils and crockery that you require is provided, including steak knives and knife block but care should be taken as these are very sharp. The double sink has a waste disposal so please watch your fingers. The washer, dryer, ironing board and iron are located in a separate laundry area within the kitchen space. In this area there is a fire extinguisher and first aid kit for emergency purposes. One of the cordless telephones from which guests can make free national and international calls is next to the fridge.
The breakfast nook, furnished with a large glass table and four chairs, is located near the window at the front of the house overlooking the street. It is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and gather your strength for the parks.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The large master suite is set away from the other bedrooms, giving an air of privacy and is furnished with elegant marble inlaid furniture. The bedroom which looks out over the pool has a super king size four poster bed with tempurpedic mattress, it also contains a flat screen TV with premium cable channels and DVD player. An alarm clock with iPod dock and cordless telephone is provided for your use with national and international free calls. You will certainly be assured of a good night's sleep.
The expansive master bathroom has a large walk in shower enclosure with a separate bath. There is also a large walk in closet which gives ample hanging and shelf space. The bedrooms are all carpeted for comfort under foot and there are plenty of linens, towels and pool towels for all the guests. These are changed on a regular basis to ensure that we maintain our high standard.
The Queen bedroom which adjoins the family bathroom is located in the passageway off the dining room. The bedroom also has a view of the pool area and is furnished with Queen sized bed and a flat screen TV with cable channels, DVD player and alarm clock with iPod dock. As with all Floridian housing there is ample closet, drawer and shelving space.
This bedroom features a large double sized bed, ample closet space, alarm clock with iPod dock and flat screen TV with cable channels and DVD player. It is located next to the Queen bedroom.
The twin bedroom is furnished with twin beds and has a flat screen TV with cable channels and DVD player. As with the other bedrooms it has a large walk in wardrobe and drawer space.
Pool Area and Entertainment
The Games Room can be found in the converted double garage located at the front of the house. A large space that gives ample room for guests of all ages to enjoy winding down after a busy day in the park or chilling out on a lazy day. It is fully equipped with a 6ft pool table, air hockey table, electronic basketball and electronic darts games which gives plenty of choice. Whether having a friendly match or just watching from the sidelines and cheering the winner on, you can enjoy a drink at the corner bar which has four stools. Extra lighting and ceiling fans have been installed for additional comfort. For the younger guests, there are several chest boxes which are filled with jigsaws and board games to entertain all the family. Tennis rackets and tennis balls can also be found in the chests for use at the communal tennis courts.
The privately enclosed swimming pool and deck area can be accessed through the patio doors that lead out from the dining room, or alternatively through the family bathroom. As required by Florida Law, all the main doors that access the pool area have been fitted with alarms, which if tampered with can incur a $5,000 fine. Guests with young families can appreciate the additional safety this features offers knowing their little ones cannot access the pool area without their knowledge.
During the day, children of all ages can enjoy swimming with our resident dolphin and colourful fishes, whilst at night the whole family can party in the pool with the colourful light shows. The pool can be heated on request throughout the year.
The deck area has plenty of sun loungers and chairs for all our guests to enjoy the day long sunshine. A patio table and 4 chairs is situated underneath the lanai area, allowing for alfresco dining, respite from the sun or just a place to enjoy evening cocktails.
The patio and pool area located at the rear of the property faces directly North; the benefit of this means that our guests can enjoy full exposure to the sun on the pool deck throughout the year. The pool can be heated on request and the fence surrounding the back of the property offers privacy from the neighbouring houses when using the pool.
Outside the screened pool area, one side features our orange tree which is often laden with fruit. When out of season, the blossoms from the orange tree leave a delectable fragrance in the air. This area is a wonderful place to relax, especially at night with the colour changing lights. A large patio table and chairs which seats 6 is situated by the side of the screened area, allowing for alfresco dining, respite from the sun or just a place to enjoy the evening cocktails.
