The living area is open plan and spaciously divided between the lounge, the kitchen and the formal dining area. All this area features airy cathedral ceilings.
Lounge - Our guests are greeted on entrance by the large formal 24ft living/family room with feature wall. It contains three leather sofas which are extremely comfortable, a large flat screen HDTV with premium HD cable channels and DVD player. For your enjoyment there is also a selection of DVD's to suit all ages - if of course if you have the time to watch them. The living area is open plan and airy and from there you have access to the kitchen and breakfast nook, and also to the formal dining area.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with cooker, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, there is also a coffee maker and blender for your use. All the kitchen utensils and crockery that you require. There are steak knives and knife block but care should be taken as these are very sharp. There is also a waste disposal unit in the sink so please watch your fingers. The washer, dryer, ironing board and iron are located in a separate laundry area within the kitchen space. In this area there is a fire extinghisher and first aid kit for emergency purposes. The kitchen also contains a cordless telephone from which guests can make free national and International calls.
Breakfast Nook - The breakfast nook is located near the window at the front of the house overlooking the street. It is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and gather your strength for the parks The nook has a table and four chairs.
Dining Area - This area is located centrally at the back of the villa in front of the patio doors and offers a relaxing view of the pool. The dining table seats six guests for a formal occasion. Unlike many other villas we have chosen not to create two seating areas as we prefer to take full advantage of the airiness. An entertainment system has been provided with the facility to connect an MP3/iPod so that you can enjoy your favourite music while you dine.
