It is a discerningly decorated self-catering air-conditioned retreat. All the living areas have cathedral ceilings and tiled floors, and for additional comfort all the rooms have ceiling fans. For guests of all ages the fully equipped games room is a welcome addition, it contains a 6ft pool table, air hockey table, basketball, darts, and a corner bar with 4 stools. It is ideally located on a friendly and welcoming estate just off Highway US27 and an easily reachable 8 miles from Disney property.
Lake Davenport, a natural lake, is only a 5-10 minute walk from the villa and is quite spectacular. The dock offers a fantastic opportunity to take in the beautiful surroundings. Our guests also have access to the large private Community Pool which is situated by the lake and has it's own changing facilities. For your enjoyment there are also basketball and tennis courts, a picnic area with barbacue facilities and a children's play area. For the comfort of all of our guests the villa is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
