Loved each room and the amount of space available. Everything was spotlessly clean with an abundance of kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery etc. So much furniture, you could chose to eat at a different table each day. The pool was beautiful and made our vacation. Donna throughout provided great correspondence, quick to respond and always available to answer any questions, no matter how minor. Would definitely recomment and stay again. Wonderful!"

Scenery of the best family holidays - Review submitted by Guillermo December 2016 "The beautiful, warm, huge and cosy house is located on a beautiful and quiet closed neighbourhood, given the dates all the houses were adorned by the holiday season!! To two minutes we have a Walmart and a Lowes, pharmacies and twenty minutes to the parks...the house is ideal to reast with family, has two bathrooms and four rooms, all rooms have TV. The pool was delicious! Donna is an excellent hostess, and always responded to my requests!! Thanks Donna for making my families vacation a joy!! I will not go to a hotel again!! I forgot to mention that the house has a games room! The photos on the website do NOT show how marvellous the house is!!"

Donna provided great customer service in advance in terms of instructions etc and how things will work when you get there. The house is lovely, very clean and well set up for families with a great games room and a lovely pool. The house is very safe and secure in a nice neighbourhood that is close to the Disney parks and numerous good restaurants. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here next time we visit Orlando. Would definitely recommend the property for others to stay in."
House Near the Mouse - Review submitted by Lisa July 2016 "Booking this villa coujld not have been easier as the owner responded to e-mails very quickly and was very reassuring. The villa itself was easily identified upon arrival as it matched the photo, including the lovely tree outside and inside met our expectations of being clean and homely. Having TV's in all bedrooms was great for us with two teenage boys and the reclining sofas in the living room a bonus after a long tiring day at the parks. Althought the villa was not on a gated community and was mainly residential, it felt safe and was quiet. The pool also matched the photos and was a good size. The pool itself was serviced twice by the owner's pool company during our stay. Once bearings are established, it is easy to find the big Walmart which is literally two minutes drive away and is surrounded by about four fast food restaurants if you are feeling peckish late at night - Maccys, BK, Taco Bell and KFC. As our visit was during peak season, with US kids still off school, the journey to the Disney parks, even when using the Black Lake/Sherbeth Road shortcuts was a good 20 minutes and a good 40 minutes to Universal due to the volume of traffic on the I4. Travel times would be less at a quieter time of year. Having been to Florida, we revisited favourite restaurants including Longhorn and Millers Ale House which were five to ten minutes drive away from the villa, at Four Corners (I think) where other eateries can be found including Bahama Breeze, Outback, Logans, etc. Had a good laugh in the games room. All in all, it was a good stay and I would recommend the villa. We travelled as a family of four (two adults and two teenagers) so had plenty of space and the lads had a double bed each, and there was a fourth bedroom with two single beds which we did not need to use."
Great Family Stay in Florida, stop your search now - Review submitted by Colin April 2016 "If you are a family searching for a great villa to relax and just kick back after the long days out enjoying the parks and many attractions that are all in short travelling distance from your villa then this is the villa for you. We had the pleasure of almost three weeks at Donna's villa and I sadly can't think of anything bad that I could say about the villa, it had everything you could possibly need to keep the little ones entertained with the like of the pool table and not to mention the swimming pool as well. The local Walmart is less than five minutes drive away and on the 192, many American Diners to tempt your fancy. The parks are about 15 minutes away but we found in the main the travel was always very easy. Something for me that made a big difference, was how helpful Donna was and no question being too much trouble, we knew we had found our villa. That was leading up to the holliday but at all times while away and even the welcome home note was very much appreciated. I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for making our holiday so easy and trouble free and we hope to be back here in the years to come."

The large screen TV and luxurious leather seating in the living room are a big plus. The owner is very helpful and responsive to guests needs. Excellent location, close to all the area's attractions. A beatuful home in a lovely area - Review submitted by Stephen February 2016 "This home is very comforable, clean and up to date with all the amenities one could expect and more. We have rented in this neighbourhood in the past (in fact the house next door) and this one is our favourite. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly and we like being a little further away from all the tourist action (but it is still a short drive away). It feels like home while there and we look forward to renting this home again. Some features that make this home ideal include the very good array of electronic goodies that our daughters enjoyed such as the excellent televisions (6 of them!) and the XBox system. The games room got lots of use as did the wonderful pool. We also liked access to the communal areas on old Lake Davenport just a short walk away. The homeowner was very good to deal with both before our rental period and while in the home. Her attention to detail is evident in her communication and in the presentation of the home itself. Feel confident in choosing this home for your next vacation rental."

Everything we needed was there and a lot more that we never got around to using (the XBox One for example). Huge TV and comfy chairs and bed meant we could totally relax after each long hard day vacationing. A very quiet, clean and well kept neighbourhood with fantastic access to Orlando, Kissimmee, Disney World, Tampa and Legoland. I wish we could have stayed longer."
Fantastic Villa - Review submitted by Lindsay December 2015 "This is a fantastic place to stay. We stayed for two weeks in April 2015. Location is perfect, being in a quiet area that feels very safe and only a short drive to the Parks (about 15mins to Disney). The villa is maintained very well inside and out. The children loved the games room, pool and X-Box. Everything you need and more is supplied, I really can't think of anything that is missing. Communication with the owner, Donna was excellent. She was really willng to offer help and advice with holiday plans, including where to purchase best tickets for the Parks etc. Thanks Donna for our two weeks stay."

The pictures do not do it justice - it's a very comfortable, spacious and clean property. What really impressed me was the attention to detail - everything was considered in terms of utensils and appliances. Each room had a TV and the additional XBox One and games room were a great touch.The reclining sofas were almost too good to move from after a long day at the parks. The added lighting into the pool (combined with the additonal heat) make it a joy to use in the evenings. The property is very accessible, just off the 27. There are several supermarkets, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive and the theme parks or I4 for longer journeys are very close by, making exploring Orlando very easy and convenient. I found Donna very friendly, helpful and informative throughout. From booking to arriving and unfortunately leaving, everything felt catered for and considered. I would absolutely recommend the property and/or dealing with Donna to friends or family, but more importantly when we return in the future, this will be the first property we consider staying at. Overall an excellent property to choose for families and those wanting to stay in or explore the Orlando area, highly recommended."
Beautiful, Clean, Spacious Villa, Great Location! - Review submitted by Claire August 2015 "The villa is in an ideal location about 15 mins away from the Disney parks. Publix supermarket and a great pizza and chinese takeaway less than 5 min drive. The villa itself is very spacious, light and airy and tastefully decorated. Very well equipped with everything that you could need, towels, crockery etc. Master bedroom is beautiful with a huge bed and lovely en suite with bath and shower. Three other double bedrooms with plenty of storage space , TV's in every room. Plenty of relaxing areas, and two indoor dining areas. Games room was well equipped with pool, air hockey, darts and basketball, and some board games. Outside was lovely, beautiful pool which had just been renovated, colour change light in the pool at night was fab. Plenty of seating and room to relax. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, no bugs or ants which we have experienced in other villas in Florida. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, everything was perfect from initial contact, to receiving our security deposit back." This booking was via Dibb

Lovely villa and great location! - Review submitted by Phil April 2015 We had the privilege of spending 15 days in this fantastic villa. It was clean, spacious, well equipped (with towels/linen/crockery etc.) and in a nice, safe neighbourhood. The bedrooms were clean, with comfortable beds and the lounge was a relaxing place to unwind after busy days at the parks. The pool was lovely and very private and not overlooked. The villa also has it's own orange tree and the orange blossoms had a very pleasant fragrance, not to mention the beautiful fresh oranges we enjoyed most days! Location was perfect - near shops/restaurants (5 mins from Walmart) and only 15 minutes from the Disney parks. Last but not least, the owner, Donna was very helpful and excellent to deal with from beginning to end. We will definitely book her villa again and highly recommend it!"

Nice villa and convenient base for parks - Review submitted by Matheiu (Canada) April 2014 "Villa is well maintained and convenient for the 192 and hwy 27. It was all exactly as described and as seen in the pictures. There is a big master suite with large ensuite bathroom and 3 other bedrooms which are all a good size too. The kitchen and living areas are also nice and spacious. It is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and our children enjoyed the pool and games room and we enjoyed sitting by the pool in the evenings. Some nights you cnan even hear the fireweorks from Disney from the pool area. The owners kept us informed of any changes and who to contact if we needed any help and the pool was cleaned for us once a week. The owners phoned us at the villa while we were over there to check everything was ok and make sure we had no issues which was a nice thought. I would recommend this villa and we would have no hesitation in booking again if it was available when we go in the future which wont be for a few years though unfortunately!"

Everything was all set and in place when we arrived even though it was late at night. The property itself was just as the pictures showed. Clean and tidy. We were happy to notice that there were some of the basic supplies already in the house, like coffee for the first morning (the basic thing for a Finn). It was a nice surprise, indeed. The pool was great and we even visited the communal pool as well as the tennis court. All the rental agreements and other things with Donna was so easy to handle, she is also a very helpful and easy person to deal with. Our family woud highly recommend this villa and I hope we'll come back once more! Thanks again for everything! You have a beautiful villa and it's very cozy and feels like home to us."

It was a joy and we all had a fabulous time. The villa itself was exactly as described. Linens were all fresh and clean and the house and pool were immaculately kept. The games room was fantastic and the pool was such a bonus for an early morning swim for the kids while we enjoyed breakfast in the fresh air outside watching them. Honesly there is not one negative thing I can say about this property...It just felt like home. It was plain sailing from the word go! The people in England were lovely and made it so easy... the deposit was refunded instantaneously after a walk thru at the end of the visit. The whole experience was fantastic. We would highly recommend this villa to everyone looking and we would re-book in a heart-beat. Many many thanks to lovely Chris in England (and helpful Grand-son), Donna for renting us these 2 weeks.
