The privately screened swimming pool and deck area can be accessed through the patio doors that lead out from the dining room, or through the family bathroom. All doors which access the pool area have alarms attached, this is required by Florida Law, and gives piece of mind when young children are around. The children will enjoy swimming with our resident dolphin and colourful fishes.
The deck area has plenty of sun loungers and chairs for all our guests to enjoy the day long sunshine. A large patio table and chairs which seats 6 is situated underneath the covered area, allowing for alfresco dining, respite from the sun or just a place to enjoy the evening cocktails.
Outside the screened pool area are the patio areas, one side featuring our orange tree which is often laden with fruit. When out of season, the blossoms from the orange tree leave a delectable fragrance in the air.
The pool can be heated on request and the fence surrounding the back of the property offers privacy from the neighbouring houses when using the pool. This area is a wonderful place to relax, especially at night with the colour changing lights.
For a change our guests have use of the large community pool situated by the lake which is a short walk from the villa. The community pool has it's own changing facilities and toilet/shower facilities. As our guests you are welcome to use this and there is a key located in the villa for access.
